    Drone Deal Teardown

Most operators don't lose enterprise work because someone outflew them. They lose it because the document they sent answered a question the buyer wasn't asking.

If you don't leave with your document restructured, I'll refund it.

A quote answers what it costs. Procurement needs to know who carries the risk, what happens when something goes wrong, and how the work renews without another purchasing cycle. Send the first into a process that requires the second and you'll be told you came in too high, which is almost never what actually happened.

This is ninety minutes of fixing that, on your own paperwork.

    What You Bring

One real document: an RFP you lost, a scope of work from a current client, or your pricing sheet. Not a hypothetical, something you sent, or are about to send. Due 48 hours before the session.

    What Happens

Eight operators, cameras on. I take two or three of the documents and rebuild them live. Not feedback, not "here's what I'd consider." An actual restructure, with the reasoning exposed as I work. The operators whose documents don't get picked usually report getting more out of it.

    What You Leave With

Your own document restructured, whether or not it was one of the ones I worked on. The session recording. And a clear read on what separates what you're selling now from what gets priced in five figures.

    Who This Is For

Operators who are already winning work and still pricing it by the flight. Who have lost bids they should have won and were told it came down to cost. Who have a client that calls predictably and no agreement governing any of it.

Not for anyone who hasn't yet sent a proposal or quote to a commercial client. There'd be nothing to tear down.
